Our human HR team screens your resume, not a bot. And if we think there’s a great potential match, we’ll contact you arrange an initial phone call to get to know you better.

Initial Assessment
As part of the hiring process, we may ask you to take an assessment or complete a project. This allows us to get a better sense of your technical knowledge and work skills.

In Person
Next, you’ll visit GLI Secure at the office location you are applying at for an in-person interview where you’ll meet the HR team and potential team members. In some cases, we’ll do this via video conference.

You're In!
Once you join the GLI Secure global team, the first few days will be dedicated to the onboarding process, where you’ll learn even more about the company brand, culture, and our core values. Then, it’s go time and you’ll be invited to participate in social events at your office location.
